Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of a year of pampering the olive tree so that it produces its best fruit. The meticulous harvesting and extraction process, which we carry out in a small oil mill, allows us to have full control over the entire process, especially on the temperature, so that it is never higher than 22ºC.
